Practice

1Mix the cut beef, baking soda, starch, Anji black pepper, dark soy sauce, and water thoroughly, and marinate for 30 minutes.

2Wash and cut the green and red peppers into strips.

3Heat oil in a clean pot, add green and red peppers and stir fry until fragrant.

4Add beef slices and continue to stir fry for 4 minutes.

5Add Anji oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and white sugar, then sprinkle a little Anji black pepper to enhance the aroma. Stir fry evenly, thicken with a little water starch.

6Take it out and it's ready to eat.
